GET A C.L.E.W. FOR LIFE!©️ (The inspiration for the book 22 years later)

On this day, March 14, 1996, after 29 days in an intensive care unit, the medical experts thought I would not survive, but I did. Although this story began in the Empire State, I began to write the story in the Golden State. I recount the story in the introduction of my new book GET A C.L.E.W. FOR LIFE!©️coming out later this month. I detail how my decision to CLIMB, LIFT, AND EAT WELL®️not only improved my quality of life beginning in 1990, it saved my life six years later in 1996. C.L.E.W. enabled me to do what no physician thought possible: I lived to tell about it.
