VETERANS DAY IS EVERY DAY...

On this Veterans Day, I think about how I will recount to my grandson as he grows up the circumstances surrounding how his grandmother, me, landed in New York from Paris as a baby immigrant in 1962. I will tell him how US veterans made that possible and how I literally owe my life to them. Veterans do so much both on and off the battlefield and are to be honored and respected every day, not only on this day.
 
I will tell him how these heroic veterans inspired me to create my company motto: "Let's PREVENT what we can and BE COMBAT-READY for what we cannot as we ENJOY and make the most of every single day." My company motto is indeed about health and fitness but it also pays tribute to the veterans with whom I came in contact 3 days BEFORE I was born, then at 5 months old, then at age 13, then at age 34, and today at age 62.
