Make "no bones" about it, one in two women, 50 and over, will be touched by osteoporosis with men now catching up to women since one in four men, 50 and over, will be touched by it as well. And to make matters even worse, women have caught up to men since heart disease is not only the number one killer of men but also the number one killer of women. Let's reverse these trends starting right now in 2015 for BOTH men and women. Stop listening to all the nonsense being spewed by charlatans including advice designed to mislead and confuse you.
