Currently the number one killer of men has now become the number one killer of women, heart disease. The fact is, that as human beings, both men and women require virtually the same comprehensive cardiovascular, anaerobic and nutritional plan for optimum health and fitness. The myths that so many women still believe are not only hurting them, but in many cases ultimately killing them.
