I have a novel idea. Although what I am proposing is inconsistent with the zeitgeist pervasive and entrenched in our society today, I am taking a stand, literally and figuratively. As I have discussed in great detail, optimum health and fitness depend on climbing on our own two feet, lifting challenging yet safe external loads, and eating a healthy and balanced plant-based whole food menu.
The greatest paradox of the 21st century, however, is that although it is widely publicized that sitting so much is destroying our health, the masses continue to spend an inordinate amount of time in a praying mantis position going nowhere as well as sitting and lying down on mats and other contraptions. I am a prime example of what the empirical evidence has proven time and time again for over a quarter of a century. Moreover, when a 53 year old woman with all her own body parts and no cosmetic surgery, injections, treatments or even that hyped-up mineral make-up stands before you with appropriate credentials, experience, and expertise it would be prudent to take notice and listen to the voice of reason. Respect how the human body was designed to function and respond to external stimuli. As always, consult with a trusted, board-certified physician who adheres to his or her Hippocratic oath and has not sold out to that which falls under the realm of pseudoscience. As always, "CLIMB, LIFT & EAT WELL..."
