Valentine’s Day 1996 was almost the last day of my then 34-year-old life. I saved myself on this day and for the next 29 days because I had put into action beginning in December 1989 what I was brilliantly taught in the late 1970’s at Teaneck High School. (I discuss this in my book and provide details during book talks.)
Today, in 2019, nothing has changed. I CLIMB a revolving stair machine (and stairs and California Street in San Francisco), I LIFT free weights progressively, and I EAT WELL via beautiful, healthy whole food. My first client was the amazing man in this photo who is also an incredible chef at home! (His recipes are featured in my book.) Thank you, darling, for buying me the equipment I needed in January 1990 which saved me in 1996. Thank you for believing in me and for supporting my company and my first book project. Thank you for making it possible for me to become a health and fitness expert during business and leisure travel for more than 20 years. I will always take care of you because you always take care of me. ❤️ “Let’s PREVENT what we can and BE COMBAT-READY for what we cannot as we ENJOY and make the most of every single day.” GET A C.L.E.W.
